We’ve been supporting the Radio Contact team for several years now with their “Stars project. This charitable initiative, launched in 2018 by radio host David Antoine, aims to raise donations through the sale of physical or virtual stars. Its mission? To offer a magical Christmas to thousands of Belgian children who have had a rough start in life.
Thanks to each star purchased (£5), the “Fisherman of the Moon association helps Santa deliver gifts to children placed under court protection, abused, abandoned, or hospitalised—ensuring presents find their way under the tree in the institutions that care for them.
But it doesn’t stop there! The impact of the star sales goes well beyond the holiday season. Throughout 2024, more than 40 activities and outings were made possible thanks to the donations: a day at Disneyland Paris, Walibi, Aventure Park, Mini-Europe, karting sessions, a visit to the LEGO expo, exclusive film screenings… 🎢 Almost one activity per week!
In 2025, 210,678 stars were sold (raising over €1 million) 💫. This amount is four times higher than the 2023 edition, showing great promise for the wonderful projects that will be launched to benefit these children.
On our end, we handled the rebranding of the initiative, the graphic design for all communication materials, and the public relations campaign —which also brought fantastic results !
